The Hunger Project at UCLA is a student-run organization comprised of over sixty volunteers that aims to relieve homelessness in the Greater Los Angeles area. The organization’s mission is to not only provide basic aid to the populations facing homelessness, but to also help underserved members reintegrate into society by addressing the root causes of the issue. Founded in 2000, the Mobile Clinic Project at UCLA has evolved into a large, active student-run organization consisting of 65 active undergraduate volunteers and 125 medical and public health graduate students. Through their core values of compassionate care, advocacy, and accessibility, MCP aims to improve the quality of life of folks facing homelessness and other vulnerable populations in the greater Los Angeles area, specifically in West Hollywood and Santa Monica. –› Read More

The shift to Alumni Affairs will help the Center develop stronger relationships with students, alumni, staff, faculty, and family who actively participate in Volunteer Center events each year.
