A training for docents to give tours of the historic house, its grounds and landscape, and to provide context for the many visitors to this historic home. Tours discuss Will Rogers’ Native-American heritage, his ranch boyhood in Indian Territory (today Oklahoma), his famous humor and commentary on politics and modern life, and his rise to become perhaps the best-known American of the 1920s and ’30s.
