Walk to Cure Arthritis

May 20th, 2018

Duration: Single Day
Date: May 20, 2018 • 8AM - 12PM

For 70 years, in ONE community after another across the country, The Arthritis Foundation has taken colossal steps to conquer this crippling disease. Our Walk to Cure Arthritis is the largest arthritis gathering in the world, celebrating our warriors, raising funds for research, resources and a cure. Much more than just a walk event, it’s something even bigger than arthritis itself.

Arthritis affects more than 50 million Americans, including 300,000 children. They are warriors. They face relentless pain, a frustrating search for a diagnosis, multiple doctor’s visits and treatment, missed work and school, limited mobility, a maze of medical and insurance paperwork, and the desire to live a full life without the limitations that arthritis can create

The event is at UCLA-Wilson Plaza on Sunday, May 20, 2018 and features a three-mile and one-mile course. We’ll have information about arthritis and fun activities for the entire family. Pet owners are encouraged to bring their dogs. Let’s walk together, support each other and raise funds to find a cure for arthritis!
