About us: Teen Line is a non-profit organization located in Los Angeles, CA. We operate a confidential hotline for teens every night from 6:00pm to 10:00pm PST. The Teen Line volunteers who answer the calls, emails and texts are Southern California teenagers who have received specialized training. Teen Line also offers message boards, resources and information. They won’t judge you or give advice – their job is to listen to your feelings and help you to clarify your concerns, define the options available to you, and help you make positive decisions.
Volunteer Opportunity: We are looking for a volunteer who can help us interview and film our teens before our annual awards ceremony on Sunday, April 22nd, 2018 which will be located on the UCLA Campus at the Carnesale Commons Palisades Room.
As a non-profit organization, that receives no government funding, we rely on private donors and proceeds from our annual big event. We are looking for a volunteer who has some editing skills and has their own camera equipment to interview and film our Teen Honorees for our social media. The time we are asking our volunteer to interview and film will be from 10am – 12pm before our event begins.
