General Description:

Spend 6 weeks with a selected Chinese host family and light up their summer this year! You will be a great role model to your host siblings by helping tutor their English and organizing their summer vacation activities, all while enjoying mandarin classes two half days per week at the leading mandarin schools in China and connecting with other EduCare buddies in the same city. After the 6 week live-in experience you may choose to travel for a week or so in China before your final departure home.

Start Dates：

Early July

Entry Qualification:

– Current undergraduate in US, UK colleges

– Good academic background, top university preferred

– TEFL Certificate preferred

– Child education major preferred

Cost and Program Components:

This special program will be totally funded by your Chinese host family!! Program components include:

– International airfare

– Au pair insurance- Arrival Orientation

– 36 classes hours of mandarin taught in well-known Chinese language school

– At least 4 cultural or social events

– LoPair local coordinator support

– Completion Certificate

Application Process:
