Mental illness, substance abuse, and crime are some of the hottest topics in the US today. This job is the perfect opportunity for someone in the social sciences to learn more about research in one of the premier substance abuse research centers in the nation. Under the supervision of the Research Manager, the volunteer will perform data entry and office tasks while learning about the diagnosis and treatment of mentally ill, substance-abusing parolees.

Qualifications:
Able to pass background check. Able to work 4-6 hours per week. Able to work closely with project staff. Ability to complete work without prompting. Preferred: Basic understanding of mental health treatment and treatment records.
