New Year’s Burrito Project

January 20th, 2017

Location: 201 E. 4th Street Santa Ana CA 92701
Duration: Single Day
Date: Jan 20, 2017

Feeding the homeless, one burrito at a time.

Our mission is to empower the community to become proactive agents of change, focusing on the multifaceted issues contributing to homelessness, creating a path towards self-sufficiency.

Come start the New Year off right by doing something good for the world!

Please join us for our New Year’s Burrito Project on January 20, 2016 as we celebrate the New Year rolling our monthly batch of over 350 of our signature burritos and distributing them directly to the homeless residing at the Civic Center of Downtown Santa Ana.

We ask that volunteer bring along donations of gently used warm winter clothing and blankets or new pairs of underwear and socks.  High demand toiletry items include: feminine hygiene products, toilet paper, deodorant, hand sanitizing lotion, and sanitizing wipes.  As many of our homeless neighbors are comforted by keeping pets, we also request donations of: dog and cat food, treats, flea medication, and pet shampoo.
