Community Counts™ is a non-profit organization founded by Karen Campbell, who had a vision to create a self-sustaining social enterprise that would address social needs. To effectively attack this problem, she created an internship program with local university students, who researched the history, impact, and implementation of non-profit organizations and businesses throughout the years. Community Counts Inc™ was developed in response to the inadequate support systems that were discovered to plague our communities. We are committed to increasing the value of education, health, business, and the human spirit. The work of this company will also increase funds needed in non-profit institutions and boost volunteerism in the community. By connecting needs and services, we aim to accelerate all involved toward their respective goals and improve our cities’ quality of life.
