We are currently recruiting volunteers for our Summer Sailing Programs and would like to know if you would be interested in being a part of our program. Volunteers will be working with children between the ages of 8-18 in Marina Del Rey, CA. The program consists of beginning to intermediate sailing instruction in small dinghies. Some training will be required prior to the start of the program. We appreciate firm commitments from our volunteers to ensure a successful operation.
The Summer Program consists of two sessions:
Summer Sailing Session 1: June 27 – July 23
Summer Sailing Session 2: July 25 – August 20
Each session is split into two groups:
Group A: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Group B: Tuesday, Thursday
Daily Operations Hours: 9am – 4pm
Please respond by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (subject: LSI Volunteer) with the sessions and groups you are willing and able to commit to or the days and hours you are able to volunteer in our program. LifeSail is also seeking volunteers for Saturday Sailing Programs. We appreciate your participation.
