Hello All,
Happy New Year! My name is Chelsea Dormevil. I am a college advisor at Ánimo Jefferson Charter Middle School in South Los Angeles. On behalf of the students and staff at Ánimo Jefferson Charter Middle School (AJCMS) we cordially invite you to participate in our Annual College Day.
We are looking for volunteers to come have a conversation about their college experience with our students. It would be extremely impactful for our students to hear your about your college experiences.
Our college day is Tuesday, February 12th, 2019 from 10am – 12pm. It will take place at Ánimo Jefferson Charter Middle School, 1655 E. 27th St. Los Angeles CA, 90011. Continental breakfast and coffee will be provided.
We sincerely hope that you and your university will be represented at Ánimo Jefferson’s College Day. Your participation will have a significant impact on our first-generation middle school students as they learn about the college admissions process.
