Launch Party To Kick-off National Prematurity Awarness Month

October 26th, 2012

Did you know?African American infants are 2 times more likely than White infants to be delivered preterm or at a low birth rate?

Want to know how to reverse the trend? Come to iDream’s National Prematurity Month launch party and watch the film screening of When the Bough Breaks, a 29-minute episode on black infant mortality. Hear the stories of college graduates, including mothers who experienced adverse birth outcomes and a few millennial leaders who are changing the direction of healthcare leadership.

RSVP online at idreamnow.org/?p=316.

5-10 Volunteers needed from 6 pm – 10 pm and help with set-up, clean-up, direct guests to parking, onsite registration and more. Free drinks, sandwiches, salad and chips will be provided.
