About Destination College:
Destination College is the Fulfillment Fund’s 19th annual event that provides 1500+ high school students with a multi-faceted view of what to expect at college and how to prepare to get there. Over 80% of these students are likely to be the first in their entire family to attend college! This inspirational event includes workshops, motivational speakers, a campus tour, and a huge college fair featuring more than 75 colleges from around the country!
Volunteering at Destination College:
The Fulfillment Fund is looking for 200 volunteers who are friendly, energetic, positive, and are comfortable interacting with high school students to make Destination College a success for everyone!
Event Logistics: Morning
Shift: 7am-11am on September 19, 2015
Total Time Commitment: 4 hours
Roles: Setting up, directing foot traffic, welcoming visitors, registration, ushering students for opening program, liaison to presenters, workshop chaperones.
Event Logistics: Afternoon
Shift: 11am-3pm on September 19, 2015
Total Time Commitment: 4 hours
Roles: College fair check-in, college representatives liaison, lunch logistics, water/ drink distribution, afternoon workshops for parents, student guides.
Volunteers may sign up for the Morning shift, the Afternoon shift, or both.

Volunteers at Destination College have a choice in volunteer shifts:
Morning Shift 7am-11am, 4 hour time commitment
Afternoon Shift 11am-3pm, 4 hour time commitment
Morning AND Afternoon Shift 7am-3pm, 8 hour time commitment
