Make a Difference at Silverlining!

The number of children affected by autism spectrum disorders, ADHD and other special needs continues to rise. As these kids approach adulthood, centers that develop life skills are more important than ever. Silverlining, an initiative of The Help Group, is a Resale Boutique that serves as an innovative Vocational Training Center for students with special needs. The success of Silverlining is dependent on the support we receive from you and others in our community. Our in-store volunteers are vital to our success.

How can you help?
Donation intake, sorting and preparations, greeting and assisting customers, merchandising and displays, marketing and events, photography for social media, assisting students in developing vocational skills and more! (Volunteers 16 and over, please.)

What are the benefits of volunteering at Silverlining?
Be a valued member of a great team of volunteers, get huge discounts and first crack at great designer merchandise, indulge your inner fashionista! Volunteering just a few hours a week, you can make a profound difference in the lives of those affected by autism and other special needs! Call or email Ann Avidor, Volunteer Coordinator, to start the application process today!
