Duration: Single Day
Date: Oct 4, 2014
UCLA Athletics’ Community Relations Department would like to invite you to volunteer at the nation’s largest collegiate community outreach programs – I’m Going To College (IGTC). IGTC is a program that provides Southern California youth with the opportunity to experience the excitement and tradition of UCLA Athletics while providing them with an understanding of the importance of higher education.
r
r Our volunteers play a huge part in providing our participants with the overall collegiate experience. All will help run games, paint faces, lead the 8-Clap, and answer questions students may have about UCLA and college in general.
r
r We are hosting IGTC in conjunction with the following home UCLA Football games:
r
r Saturday, Oct. 4 vs. Utah (Time TBD) – Rose Bowl
r Saturday, Nov. 1 vs. Arizona (Time TBD) – Rose Bowl
r
r Each volunteer will receive complimentary transportation to and from campus and the Rose Bowl, a t-shirt, a meal, and a ticket to the football game. If interested, please email rlinowes@athletics.ucla.edu your name, email, and cell phone number.
