Los Angeles High School of the Arts (LAHSA) at the RFK Community Schools Complex is located in the heart of Koreatown. This LAUSD school serves 410 students many who come from first-generation immigrant families of Latino and/or Korean descent. LAHSA strives to develop a rich academic and artistic community that inspires students to be independent and cooperative young adults, who meet challenges with creativity and determination.
Program Description: On February 23rd all LAHSA 11th grade students will be having mock interviews. LAHSA would like to invite you to support our students by being part of the mock interviewer team!
Volunteer Role & Responsibilities: Four 20 minute individual interviews
Time Commitment: One time commitment – Thursday, February 23 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Requirements: On-site orientation from 1:10 PM – 1:40 PM
Benefits: Volunteers will be cultivating students’ awareness and understanding of expectations and professional standards in the interview process. Volunteers inspire students from underserved communities to recognize their strengths, interests, and potential.
