We are looking for Volunteers for our second annual Happy Birthday Los Angeles 5k on September 4, 2016!
As you all know volunteers are very important and help move our organization to make sure we bring the best experience to our runners. Last year we could not have done it without any of our volunteers and we would love to have you help us out and create those amazing memories with each other.
Below are a couple of areas we still need help with!
Race day tasks:
September 4, 2016 (Sunday); start time 4pm
a. On-site registration
b. On route water station
c. Race day expo prep
d. Route set-up
e. Bandit watcher
f. Medal distribution
g. Finish line water station
h. Medal watcher
i. Experience and race info team
After race tasks:
a. Clean up crew
Time Details
We will have orientation in late August. Volunteers are expected to attend orientation. Check in the day of the event will be at 4 PM.
