April 27th, 2011

PATH Achieve Glendale is working with Common Ground’s 100,000 Homes Campaign to identify and house chronically homeless people who are at the greatest risk for dying on the streets. Volunteers are needed to collect data by canvassing the streets of Glendale and surveying homeless people there. We also need help with event set up and clean up as well as data entry. Survey volunteers will be in teams led by seasoned homeless services providers and will go out for 3 hours beginning at 4 a.m.on Monday, 5/2 -Tuesday, 5/3 – and Wednesday, 5/4. Training will be held on Sunday, 5/1 from 1p.m to 4p.m.
