Fiesta Educativa Conference

The mission of Fiesta Educativa Inc. is to provide information and training to Latino families on how to obtain services for all persons with disabilities.  Fiesta Educativa’s efforts include an annual statewide conference providing more than 1000 parents with information in English and Spanish on such topics as resources, patient and client rights, educational and vocational programs, and stress management for families, as well as the sponsorship of several regional conferences throughout the state.    

The volunteer opportunity is for our statewide conference that will be taking place October 24th at the California Endowment, Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for volunteers to help with various tasks such as work the registration table, assist conference participants, etc. Volunteers will be receive free breakfast, lunch, free parking and the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with parents and professionals from all over the state and the nation.
