Date: Apr 10, 2019 • 8AM - 3PM, previously known as the Computer Science Fair, is an annual event hosted by ACM at UCLA that encourages high school students to explore the field of computer science, engineering and technology.

We are looking for volunteers that can help us in this process! Volunteers will be responsible for making sure that the event runs smoothly and more importantly, that the students have a great experience. All majors are welcome, and no tech/engineering knowledge is required! Volunteers will get a free T-shirt

Volunteer duties include, but are not limited to: Setup/check-in, guiding/ushering students to Ackerman, providing security in AGB and in the surrounding area, serving food, guiding/ushering students to workshops, and cleanup.

Time Details

There will be four volunteer shifts:
1. 7:45 AM - 9:45 AM
2. 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
3. 11:15 AM - 1:30 PM
4. 12:45 PM - 2:45 PM
