Children’s Health Fair

April 27th, 2011

On Saturday, April 30, 2011, the Global Children Foundation LA is proudly sponsoring a Children Health Fair at the Ambassador School of Global Education (3201 W. 8th St., Los Angeles, CA 90005) from 11 am to 3:30 pm.

Over 500 low-income children and family members will attend to learn about childhood obesity, effective exercise programs, and proper child raising techniques.

Founded in 1998, the GCF strives to help eliminate child hunger and works for the well-being, education, and guidance of children worldwide.

This event is Free and will benefit children of all ethnic backgrounds and we would love your support to have a great success event to make additional smile on participating children.

Approximately 4 or more volunteers will be working together per section. Volunteers will be assigned to section at the event.

Food Booth
Beverage/Water Booth
Face Painting Booth
Food Demonstration
Child ID Finger Printing Booth
Vitamin Booth
Activity/Game Booth
Multi-Room Crowd Control
Doctor assistant (Pending)

Please invite your friends and your community group who may be interested to volunteer at the event.

We ask volunteer to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event. Lunch and drinks will be provided and volunteer T-shirt will be given. Dress code is casual with comfortable shoes. This is outdoor event. Thank you.
