Celebrity Benefit Performance/6 Volunteers Needed

September 4th, 2013

To commemorate the 12th anniversary of the events of Sept. 11, 2001, Sarah Tuft’s “110 Stories” will be presented in Los Angeles on Sept. 11th at 8 PM at The Nate Holden Performing Arts Center. All net proceeds from the event benefit the military and veteran support charity, Operation Gratitude.

Needed: 6 volunteers: 2 two to assist the director and stage manager, and four to act as floaters, helping out with ushering, picking up food (if needed), or any other thing that comes up during the day.

The two volunteers assigned to assist the director and stage manager would need to be available for the duration of the event. We are beginning our day at 11 a.m. and should be done by 10 p.m.; there will be two, one hour meal breaks (meals provided).

The other four volunteers would be needed between 11am to 1pm and then again from 6pm until the show is over at about 10pm.

This schedule may slightly change. Please contact Hethyr Verhoef (Stage Manager) for more information.
