On Saturday, April 22, 2017, join Assemblymembers Anthony Rendon and Cristina Garcia, neighbors, family, and friends as they celebrate the importance of protecting the environment. Community members will learn about the environment at the resource fair and enjoy a roundtrip bike ride along the LA River from John Anson Ford Park in Bell Gardens to Circle Park in South Gate.
Volunteers are needed at the Bell Gardens site where the resource fair will be held, to assist with several duties including posting signage, assisting vendors, decorating, face-painting, clean-up, etc. If you are interested in volunteering for the event please contact, Mr. Jamie Zamora, Assistant Director for UCLA State Government Relations at email@example.com or 310-794-0760.
