We have an event coming up called ARTWORKS for the Cure and it is an offbeat and eclectic benefit art show and auction. Proceeds go to the TJ Martell Foundation, a nonprofit that raises money for cancer and AIDS research. Located at Pier 59 Studios at Bergamot Station, the venue provides a fun and unique setting for our equally awesome event. The event is actually in two parts…an honoree dinner on Saturday, April 28th and a general public auction on Sunday, the 29th. Saturday’s dinner is honoring Jillian Michaels (leading health and wellness expert), Harvey Mason Jr. (noted music producer and songwriter), and Alex Hodges (CEO of Nederlander Concerts) and we need volunteers from 6-10pm. Sunday’s event involves auctions and art sales with the intent on raising as much money as possible for cancer and AIDS research. This event is 1-5pm. We need volunteers for both days!
