American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure

June 5th, 2017

Location: 611 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 900 Los Angeles CA 90017
Duration: Multiple Days
First Day : Jun 5, 2017
Last Day: Jun 10, 2017

Over 29.1 million people in the US have diabetes, and it is estimate that 1 out of 3 people have prediabetes, we plan to change that. The American Diabetes Association is a national non profit dedicated to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all those affected by diabetes. Through a combination of special events and community programs, the Los Angeles office is committed to helping stop the epidemic; and it cannot be done without our volunteers! Our signature cycling event is being held on Saturday, June 10th and we are in need of help all week leading up to the event, as well as the day-of. Monday-Thursday will be event prep in our downtown office, and Friday and Saturday shifts are spread throughout the day at our venue location at the Santa Fe Recreational Dam; where free parking, lunch and t-shirt will be provided. Please see the link for specifics on times.

There are no prerequisites or requirements; any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
