Runyon Canyon Park

Runyon Canyon Park is a 160-acre park in Los Angeles, California, at the eastern end of the Santa Monica Mountains, managed by the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks. Volunteers will be tasked with invasive species removal and urban greening landscape projects. This service site will feature a speaking program, lunch, and a community resource fair for all volunteers.
In partnership with California Volunteers for their Community Climate Action Day, volunteers will experience a day dedicated to environmental stewardship and community building.
Time: 9am - 12pm PST
(Please be aware that the time listed is for the actual service project. If you are taking the bus to the project site, we will ask volunteers to meet at a central location from 7:30am - 7:45am for breakfast and to account for travel time to the project site.)
