Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy

This is a photo of volunteers at the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy project.

The mission of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is to preserve land and restore habitat for the education and enjoyment of all. PVPLC preserves underdeveloped land as open space for historical, educational, ecological, recreational, and scenic purposes. Since its establishment in 1988, the Conservancy has successfully preserved 1600 acres of open space on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Join PVPLC to celebrate National Public Lands Day by caring for the White Point Native Plant Demonstration Garden. Volunteers will remove invasive weeds, water native plants, groom trails and other activities! This is their second largest event of the year!
