Mission or Broader Program Description: We are Jazz Hands For Autism a 501(c)(3) talent advocacy group that is creating pathways from expression to employment for musicians on the autism spectrum. Jazz Hands works diligently to provide musician focused job-readiness training to individuals with autism who are looking to begin a career as a working musician. We hold a concert twice a year so our musicians can showcase the talents that they are very much proud of. Jazz Hands For Autism (JHFA) is seeking volunteers and Interns for our 2018 concert series that takes place is in November in the Los Angles area.

Impact: Your volunteer efforts contribute to creating access for indivduals on the autism spectrum. By volunteering at the Jazz Hands Concert Series, you are helping break the stigma associated with autism and supporting the abilities of many individuals with special needs.

Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: As a volunteer at the Jazz Hands Concert Series, not only will you get an opportunity to work with talented individuals on the autism spectrum, you will also learn about concert production, all while enjoying an afternoon of great music.
