QUICK OVERVIEW
Gain hands on experience producing and executing a concert event that highlights talented yet marginalized artists

ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW
The Jazz Hands Concert Series is a safe space for musicians on the autism spectrum to develop on-stage confidence, make friends and share their talents with their family, friends, and community.

IMPACT
Through the Jazz Hands Concert Series, individuals on the autism spectrum, many of whom often spend much of their time receiving services and therapies, are given a platform to not just express their creative musical abilities but also to be celebrated for these abilities.

VOLUNTEER ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We need volunteers for various activities.

1) Performers: Assisting the lead performers' coordinator with organizing performers, making sure all needs of performers are met, and making sure program is moving along smoothly. (This position includes time commitment prior to the show)

2) Vendors: Assisting the lead vendor coordinator with organizing placement and needs of vendors.

3) Hospitality: Assisting with seating, greeting, sign in sheets.

4) Staging:Assisting the stage manager with set up and break down of stage equipment, lighting, sounds, etc.

5) Exhibition: Assisting the lead exhibit coordinator with making sure that food and beverages are displayed appropriately, and in a timely manner; and making sure that food and beverage sponsors have all necessities.

REQUIREMENTS
All volunteers are required to wear black shirt & Denim pants (we will have a t-shirt available for you at the venue) -- let us know your t-shirt size
