CicLAvia is seeking both individuals and groups to volunteer at CicLAvia—Meet the Hollywoods! On Sunday, August 18, CicLAvia will transform 6.5 miles of Hollywood Blvd, Highland Ave & Santa Monica Blvd into a public park for the day, connecting East Hollywood, Hollywood and West Hollywood!
Volunteers help create a fun and safe environment for participants. Duties include:
• Provide event information to CicLAvia participants
• Ask participants to dismount, slow down, or follow other traffic instructions
• Sign participants up to CicLAvia’s mailing list and free drawing
• Assist Hub Staff with hub setup, breakdown, and maintenance
• Groups: Stop or slow down participants at car crossing intersections and slow zones
