Opportunity Description
We’re hosting a tree planting on Saturday, June 7 from 9 AM to 12 PM at the Pico Union Project 1153 Valencia St, Los Angeles, CA 90015, and We’d love for you to join us.

Through BlueSky LA, we’re working to bring more trees and care to communities that have been overlooked for far too long. Just a few weeks ago, several trees were cut down by a vandal just blocks from where we’ll be planting. This is a great reminder of how urgently this work matters. LA is getting hotter every year! Abuelitas ride the bus and walk home without a single tree to shade them. This event goes beyond planting trees, it’s about our public health, climate justice, and showing up for each other. If you’ve been wanting to do something that makes a real impact, this is it.

We’ll have all the tools and materials ready. Just wear comfy clothes, closed-toe shoes, a hat and bring a water bottle. If you can make it, RSVP
