The UCLA Stein Eye Institute in Westwood is renowned for providing top-quality ophthalmology and specialty eye care services with exceptional customer service. Founded in 1966, the institute's vision science campus is the leading hospital for ophthalmology in California.
As an Ambassador Concierge volunteer, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients at the UCLA Stein Eye Institute. Your primary duties will include greeting patients and directing them to specialty clinics or nearby UCLA cafeterias. You may also need to assist vision-impaired patients to the clinic or accompany them with wheelchairs.
This volunteer position is for three months which requires a four-hour weekly commitment. The uniform consists of a UCLA volunteer smock and khaki or black pants.
