About The Pablove Foundation
The Pablove Foundation is a national nonprofit dedicated to funding innovative pediatric cancer research and providing arts education programs to children living with cancer. Our signature photography program, Shutterbugs, empowers youth through creative expression, confidence-building, and community connection.

About This Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-aligned volunteer to support both our Shutterbugs photography program and broader nonprofit administrative operations.
This volunteer role is ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in:
-Nonprofit management
-Youth program operations
-Grant research and fundraising strategy
-Data systems and administrative operations
-Social impact leadership
You will gain hands-on experience inside the inner workings of a national nonprofit organization and directly contribute to programs serving children and families.
This is not a “coffee and copies” role, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities that support real program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Shutterbugs Program Support
-Assist with student and parent communications
-Track applications and enrollment status
-Support coordination of parent and volunteer orientations
-Help manage photography kit inventory and shipping logistics
-Maintain organized program documentation
-Assist with volunteer teaching artist onboarding tasks
Grant & Research Support
-Conduct research on potential grant opportunities
-Assist with grant tracking and data entry
-Help consolidate and maintain funder databases
-Support deadline tracking and reporting preparation
Administrative & Data Entry Support
-Maintain organized digital filing systems
-Assist with database updates
-Conduct light research for strategic initiatives
-Support campaign and event tracking tasks as needed

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
-Extremely detail-oriented
-Organized and systems-minded
-Strong written communicator
-Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
-Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
-Interested in nonprofit or mission-driven work
-Comfortable with research and data entry tasks
Bonus (but not required):
-Experience with Asana or project management tools
-Interest in photography, arts education, or youth leadership
Time Commitment
-Part-Time | 10–15 hours per week
-We are seeking someone who can commit at least 6 months, as continuity is important for our youth programming and operational initiatives. There is opportunity to extend beyond that based on mutual interest and availability.
Compensation
This is a volunteer role designed to provide hands-on educational experience in nonprofit operations.
