Volunteers serve as mentors with us in the classroom to support a new approach to teaching and learning - one that will help students to develop the skills, mindsets, and networks to thrive in the 21st century economy. Mentors build trusting relationships with students that are critical for learning and growth, and collaborate with educators to deliver hands-on learning projects to students that transform classrooms into innovative learning communities.

What will you do?
- Work with a classroom of students to develop and complete an experienced-based learning project.
- Provide insight into future careers by connecting project skills to learnings from your career and educational background.
- Support students' presentation skills, critical thinking, collaborative problem solving, and provide feedback on student’s work.
