SIPA will train college-aged volunteers to deliver Rising Above Shame, a mental health workshop series for BIPOC High School students at SIPA's partner schools. Facilitators teach high school youth that aims to normalize help-seeking behavior, develop balance and wellness, and promote healthy coping strategies for mental health during workshops 1x a week. Transpo provided for those without reliable transportation.
