Carthay Elementary School's annual Spooktacular fundraiser is coming up!
Do you love making kids smile? Please join us!
We need your help to make this the best Halloween ever for our kids while helping raise money to pay for their enrichment programs.
**free drinks and food provided for volunteers**
Every year, Carthay opens up our beautiful play yards to host a spooky Halloween fair with games, food, haunted house and more! We need your help with everything from set-up and clean-up to dressing up in kid-friendly costume as “scare actors” to spook kids in the haunted house. This is perfect for a large group or club volunteer activity.

Money raised goes directly to pay for everything that LAUSD won’t pay for: our kids’ garden science programs, the edible garden and chicken care, dance, physical education and much more.
ABOUT CARTHAY ELEMENTARY:
Carthay is a public school near La Cienaga & Olympic. Our students travel from all over Los Angeles, including underserved areas, to participate in our environmental studies program. More than half of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Our families represent the diversity of Los Angeles and speak over a dozen different languages from around the world including Spanish, Punjabi, Filipino, Russian, Korean, and Hebrew. - Website:
