Community Health Workers (CHWs) Volunteer/Internship Opportunity

GFAS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing preventive health services to low- and mid-income families. We believe that healthy communities are the foundation for achieving a dignified standard of life, and our programs are designed to prevent disease, disability, and other health conditions while promoting overall well-being.

We are currently seeking students to serve as Community Health Workers (CHWs). In this role, they will assist with a variety of health-related concerns, including chronic condition management, behavioral health support, perinatal care, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in public health, social work, or related fields.
