- Available Hours will be from 12 pm - 8 pm. There will be multiple shifts including full shifts are available including shifts from 12 to 4:30 pm and 5pm to 9pm. We will need more volunteers in the evening.

The UCLA Library will celebrate the stewardship of our Powell Society members for their generous donations at the patron level and above. This event will exclusively be open to our donors who will receive an invitation and be able to RSVP. This event offers participants a fun filled evening, while raising awareness and critical funding for the Library’s collections, research, and services.
Volunteers interested in participating and helping in this event will have a unique opportunity to learn about event preparation, donor stewardship and event production.
