Bike & Build is a non-profit dedicated to empowering young adults to commit to a lifetime of service and civic engagement and raising awareness for affordable housing.
On a Bike & Build cross-country or regional bike trip, young adults engage in an 8-week affordable housing curriculum, volunteer with local organizations, and explore the U.S. by bike. Participants leave Bike & Build with:
✔️ a greater sense of purpose
✔️ skills ranging from advocacy work to non-profit management
✔️ a close-knit community of civically engaged individuals
and much more!

The Central route follows the decades old TransAmerica Trail and has 15 build days along the route.
