Miracle Messages is an award-winning 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that helps people experiencing homelessness rebuild their social support systems and financial security, primarily through family reunifications, a phone buddy program, and basic income pilots. Miracle Friends is a phone buddy program for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Be matched with an unhoused or recently housed neighbor for weekly phone calls or texts. These check-ins foster real conversations and build lasting relationships.
Many of our unhoused neighbors experience profound isolation. A simple weekly call can reduce loneliness, boost mental health and build trust in a world that often feels neglectful and harsh. Volunteers often say that they get more out of the Miracle Friends program than they give.
