As a volunteer, you become an ambassador of empathy and compassion while making vital contributions to not only patients and their families, but to the medical center, our staff, and the greater community. Our volunteers play a critical role by providing comfort, assistance, and hope.
Volunteer openings are available in our:
fast-paced Emergency Department
Breast Center to provide emotional support and comfort, and help patients navigate their appointments
Mealtime Mates Program to aid patients who need extra help eating
Surgical Lobby Desks to help keep patients and family informed before and after surgeries
...and a variety of roles throughout the hospital to work with adults and children, providing support and advocacy
