We are always happy to have people interested in volunteering!
Normally, we would have a short orientation on Saturday mornings at 8:45am in Shadow Hills. (Rain will normally cancel and we are closed for major 3-day holiday weekends.) Due to COVID -19, this has been put on hold as we are limiting how many people are on site at a time.

We will give the orientation to new volunteers on their first day they come on site. Lately we have been having volunteers groom horses, rake leaves, weeding, cleaning tack, walking horses, helping in lessons, cleaning stalls, etc.
We also have opportunities to volunteer and help with landscaping (watering, weeding, planting, raking, etc.) at our new facility. You can sign up for that here:

A few notes before arriving:
- All Volunteers must be fully vaccinated.
- Please make sure to wear closed toe shoes, long pants, and a shirt with sleeves.
- Please bring a face covering. You will need to wear it when working in the lesson area.
- We ask that you wash your hands when you arrive.
- We highly recommend bringing your own water.
- If you have not volunteered with us since the pandemic, we have a liability release form that must be signed. I am attaching a copy that you can fill out and bring with you, or we will have them available when you get here. (If under 18, must be signed by your legal guardian.)
Do NOT come on site if: you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, cough, or headache), or if you have been in contact with anyone who has a known case of COVID-19 within the last week.
