25th Annual LA Cancer Challenge - Event Volunteers Needed
Opportunity Description
The 25th annual Los Angeles Cancer Challenge is a Halloween-themed family-friendly charity event at the UCLA campus that benefits the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Research. The Hirshberg Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for pancreatic cancer and improving early detection methods.
Volunteers help with a variety of areas like water stations, course support, expo, set up, clean up and more. Teens and adult groups are welcome and we can provide volunteer/community service letters if you need them.
Invite your friends and family to come out, dress up for Halloween, and make this magical event the best one yet! By volunteering your time, you are making a difference in the fight against pancreatic cancer!
If you have any questions or interested in volunteering as a group, please feel free to contact our volunteer coordinator Joselyn at Volunteer@pancreatic.org
