Los Angeles Parks Foundation

The Los Angeles Parks Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing parks, recreation facilities, and community spaces throughout Los Angeles. We work in partnership with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks to create cleaner, safer, and more vibrant public spaces and expand opportunities for Angelenos to connect with their parks and communities.

Volunteers will help beautify Pershing Square through a hands-on painting project. Volunteers will work together to paint designated areas of the park, including railings and short walls, helping refresh and improve the appearance of this important downtown public space.

Time: 9am - 12pm

(Please be aware that the time listed is for the actual service project. If you are taking the bus to the project site, we will ask volunteers to meet at a central location beginning at 7am for breakfast and to account for travel time to the project site.)
