Hope the Mission

Our mission is to prevent, reduce and eliminate poverty, hunger and homelessness. We do this by offering immediate assistance and long-term solutions. Our services are grounded in a deep respect for the dignity inherent in each human being

A day of service with Mayor Karen Bass and Hope the Mission, preparing and packaging meal deliveries and hygiene kits for individuals experiencing homelessness and those residing in interim housing across Los Angeles. They are proud to support their mission of providing dignity, compassion, and practical resources to those in need.

Time: 9am - 12pm PST

(Please be aware that the time listed is for the actual service project. If you are taking the bus to the project site, we will ask volunteers to meet at a central location from 7:30am - 7:45am for breakfast and to account for travel time to the project site.)
