August 19 | Heal the Bay
Head to Santa Monica on a Saturday morning to help beautify our local beach for Heal the Bay’s “Nothin’ but Sand” beach cleanup. Show up at 10 am by yourself or with some friends and family.
September 16 | California Coastal Cleanup Day
Join 70,000 other volunteers across California to be a part of the International Coastal Cleanup, the world’s largest volunteer event, and remove hundreds of thousands of pounds of trash from our waters.

EnrichLA is a non-profit that builds edible gardens in 77 schools within the Los Angeles area. Join this non-profit in building edible gardens around schools in LA. Spend a day outdoors planting seedlings, weeding, harvesting, and painting.
Ongoing | Calabasas Blue Habitat Restoration
Help restore the California grasslands in the foothills of Calabasas. Preserve these native ecosystems by removing invasive plants, maintaining the land, and planting California species.
Ongoing | Potrero Creek Restoration Project
Work alongside the Mountains Restoration Trust and National Park Service to nurse the Potrero Creek, a critical habitat, back to a flourishing oak woodland. Help maintain the land by weeding, watering and mulching.
