The event has been created and produced through volunteer time of staff and students of UCLA, and the food, venue, centerpieces, music, and other supplies are donated through various campus departments, student organizations, and volunteers. Fall Harvest Feast is hosted by the UCLA Volunteer Center, with support from ASUCLA and ASUCLA Catering, and has included previous participation from the following campus partners Bruin Resource Center, Community Programs Office, Community Service Commission, Wesley Foundation, University Religious Conference, Residential Life, Swipes for the Homeless, UCLA LGBT Center, and Westwood Village Improvement Association.
