It supports initiatives like the Community Engagement and Social Change minor, 195CE internship courses, and various scholarship programs, aiming to deepen UCLA's engagement with Los Angeles and beyond.

College Corps

College Corps

State-funded fellowship that offers undergraduate students the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 by completing 450 hours of community service in areas such as K–12 education, climate action, and food insecurity. This program not only provides financial support but also offers real-world experience, professional development, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to local communities while building leadership skills.

Sage Hill

Sage Hill

Sage Hill is a 3.5-acre natural reserve located in the northwest corner of UCLA's campus, serving as a living laboratory for hands-on learning, research, and ecological restoration. Every Friday from 1-4pm, students can drop in to help maintain and restore Sage Hill.

CPO Internship Opportunities

Community Programs Office Internship Opportunities

Every Fall, the UCLA Community Programs Office (CPO) offers internships that foster leadership, professional development, and community engagement through programs like the Departmental Internship for first-years and the Leadership Fellows Program for upperclassmen. Students can also join the Technology & Marketing Team to support CPO initiatives through creative media while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.
