Teens Exploring Technology – Hustle N’ Code: South LA Hackathon

Teens Exploring Technology (TXT) encourages inner city teenage Black and Latino males to become catalysts of change in urban communities. Our approach is to use technology as a tool for promoting positive youth development and leadership, and ultimately paving the pathway to higher education and majors and careers in Science, Technology Engineering, Math (STEM).

Teens Exploring Technology (TXT) will be hosting their third South LA Hackathon “Hustle N’ Code” on December 03rd, 2016. The event is free and open to students ages 9-18 in South LA. TXT invites you to be a part of this day of innovation, and no experience is necessary for participants. We are looking for youth from the area to attend and are asking for developers, coders and UX Designers to volunteer the day of.
