Sojourn’s Volunteer Training

Posted on August 18th, 2016

Location: 1453 16th Street Santa Monica CA 90404
Duration: Ongoing
First Day : Sep 6, 2016

Volunteer opportunities at Sojourn include answering our 24-hour hotline, facilitation of support groups and participation in children’s empowerment play groups. In addition to signing up for one of these core programs, you may also participate with court accompaniment, our horticultural therapy program, donations sorting, fund raising, clerical work, and everyday operations of our shelters.

The process for volunteering requires each individual to complete and send in their volunteer application, attend our Fall or Spring training, and commit to a minimum of 6 months of volunteer service in one of our programs.
