Pathway is a 2-year certificate program at UCLA Extension that provides a blend of educational, social, and vocational experiences to students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our students are fully engaged in the UCLA campus while receiving specialized instruction and support.

We are looking for individuals who are interested in volunteering or interning with Pathway as Program Support. The Program Support volunteer/intern will assist Pathway administrative staff with the development, coordination, and implementation of resources and supports for Pathway students that enhance inclusion opportunities in college course work and campus life. Scheduling can be flexible based on volunteer availability and assigned tasks.

Any interested persons should email Brooke Nakagawa at with a letter of interest, resume, and current schedule of availability for the quarter. Background checks will be required for any volunteer working one-on-one with Pathway students.

Time Details

Scheduling is flexible during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 pm).
